Maddie is a native Houstonian with over eight years of experience in the public adjusting industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Contents Department at Crossroads Insurance Recovery Advocates, LLC. Before joining the team, she attended Lone Star Community College, where she developed essential skills that now contribute to her leadership in managing payroll, data entry, and customer service operations. As a public adjuster specializing in personal property, Maddie oversees the contents claims process, ensuring thorough documentation, precise assessment, and strong advocacy for the replacement of damaged items. Her expertise in record keeping and financial management ensures that each claim is meticulously processed, providing clients with confidence and peace of mind as they navigate the complexities of insurance recovery.

In her managerial role, Maddie works closely with both her team and clients, guiding the assessment and valuation of personal belongings while negotiating fair settlements with insurance companies. Her ability to lead and inspire her team, combined with her passion for advocacy and attention to detail, ensures that every client receives top-tier service during their most challenging times. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending quality time with her children, Aiden and Avery, supporting her son at baseball tournaments, attending Muay Thai classes with her daughter, and staying active at the gym.
