We just wanted to thank you for all your help, support and advise during our claim process. After our house fire-which was the result of a lightning strike-we weren’t sure which way to turn. After attempting to “go it alone” and deal with the Insurance Company’s “adjuster” to no avail, we contacted your company to act on our behalf. It is interesting to note that the day after the fire occurred, the “adjuster” representing the insurance company told me to notify the guard patrol at our community access gate to not let anyone enter our subdivision relating to “insurance matters.” We didn’t give it much thought at the time because of other obvious issues-but looking back, we’re GLAD we didn’t listen to him! Crossroads dealt with the insurance company head-on and ended up collecting us a substantial settlement-policy limits for the structure and contents. Thank you so much for ensuring that we received what we were rightfully owed and not just what the insurance company’s “adjuster” thought they owed us.
